Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs by understanding user needs, business goals, and industry trends.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, including high-fidelity mockups and pixel-perfect UI elements.
- Ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences across all digital platforms, including web and mobile.
- Bring creativity and innovation to your designs, striving to make our products stand out from the competition.
- Conduct market research to analyze and benchmark competitor designs, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA engineers, to bring designs to life.
- Plan and conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Maintain design documentation, style guides, and design assets for consistency and scalability.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant design software.
- Strong wireframing, prototyping, and mockup skills.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and apply findings to design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
- It’s a plus if;
- Possess experience with user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
