Responsibilities:
- Handle and own the end-to-end sales cycle of our pharmacy solution (pharmboost.com) from lead generation to deal closure.
- Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our pharmacy solutions can benefit their operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Be an industry expert understanding the processes, user persona, market trends, and underlying nuances.
- Be a firm client advocate and help the marketing team generate the right content providing industry-relevant inputs.
- Study competitor products, partnership channels, and value propositions for collaboration with the right entities.
- Master more than one outbound communication channel including email, LinkedIn, calls, and more. Should not shy away from making calls.
- Design, implement and own sales campaigns, and create a scalable outbound engine.
- Learn and understand the range of other products, solutions and services and be a champion at product demos.
- Create sales resources including but not limited to proposals, personalized pitch decks, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare solution sales in the international market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time efficiently.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy and/or healthcare-related solutions and their applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to conduct product demos independently and bring them to closure.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools and CRM software.
- Availability to work during the night during the mentioned working hours;
- Full-Time: IST 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
- Part-Time: IST 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM / 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM
