Responsibilities:
- Create compelling proposals and bids on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc., to secure projects for the company.
- Reach out to potential clients via email or phone to establish initial contact and promote company services.
- Assist in creating engaging email marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
- Manage email lists, segment contacts, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future email marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing email templates and compelling content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations, documents, and materials for client meetings.
- Assist in maintaining accurate sales records, client databases, and sales activity reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and project management to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BCA / BBA / MBA (or currently pursuing) from a recognized institution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc., is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
